This is how integration & onboarding works with Apiando Fulfillment

Together with you, we determine the best fulfillment strategy for your business and integrate your current system into our fulfillment network via transparent interfaces.

Step 1: Offer & contract processing

You tell us your ideas and requirements as well as the technical specifications for your system and we will send you an individual offer tailored to your needs. If it meets your expectations, we agree on a written contract and start with the onboarding.

Step 2: Integration & technical onboarding

To integrate your merchandise management system into our fulfillment, we offer suitable interfaces for a fast IT connection. The technical onboarding takes place in the shortest possible time and with step-by-step support on our part. As soon as the connection is complete, our fulfillment can begin. We receive your order data automatically via our fulfillment system and almost real-time interfaces and synchronize all processes with your shop system. Your order and product data is processed quickly and efficiently.

Step 3: Trial period and personal support

We want everything to be to your satisfaction. Therefore, you can still check during the onboarding whether everything is going as you envisage or whether adjustments are necessary. Both during onboarding and in the further course of the cooperation, we are your personal contact for all matters. Our competent team is at your side with advice and action.

Step 4: Start working together

Once you’re ready, let’s get started. According to your needs, our efficient storage areas are available to you on a floor space of 20,000 m². We receive your order and order data “live”, you have your goods delivered to us or instruct us to collect them. As soon as the goods reach our logistics center, they are in good hands. We take care of every little task in the area of fulfillment and logistics for you: from acceptance, storage, order picking, value-added services to pre-FBA and onward transport.

Warehousing

Use flexible storage space in our logistics center in the heart of Koblenz. We offer warehousing with pallets, shelving and block storage – according to your requirements. Rely on 100% warehouse security around the clock, seamless access controls and professional risk management in accordance with modern security regulations.

Temperature-controlled logistics

We are your food logistician for temperature-controlled transport and refrigerated logistics. We offer suitable temperature ranges for all food categories and temperature-sensitive goods. Our extensive logistics capacities for fresh, dry, refrigerated and frozen goods are at your disposal: cooling surface, temperature ranges from +28°C to -30°C and a traceable, uninterrupted cold chain for the highest quality of your goods.

Optimal location & Europe-wide connection

Our modern logistics center is centrally located in Koblenz and has excellent transport links. We are in the immediate vicinity of the international container port CONTARGO and also offer loading ramps and flexible, efficient transport chains. Whether one, relocation, interim or long-term storage, with our modern storage structure and experience you can rely on a strong partner.

Picking

Do your orders have to be completed just-in-time or just-in-sequence? Do you need flexible, punctual processes for your promotional goods? No problem with our industry-specific and conscientious picking. Rely on needs-based processes and punctual delivery. Thanks to our transparent IT connection, you can keep an eye on everything, increase your turnover figures in a targeted manner, save storage and personnel costs and make changes at any time.

Shipment

Our shipping is on time and according to your specifications. We use the best conditions of the leading German shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD and UPS. Thanks to our interface, you are always informed about the shipping and delivery status.

Returns

We handle all returns for current orders quickly and reliably and, in the case of returns, guarantee optimal quality control and uninterrupted re-storage.

We support you with every step of integrating your system and offer you quick onboarding in a maximum of two hours.
